What's your curry style?

Yesterday Bandie Wandie told me he wanted to eat curry.  I haven't made any type of curry in a long time.  I think about 3-4 months.  It's cause Bandie told me a few months ago that he wasn't a big curry fan.  I guess he changed his mind.  I think this is my favorite curry dish now.  It's even better than Japanese curry or Thai curry.

Easy Chicken Tikka Masala

The Recipe:
For Curry Sauce:
2 tsp ginger, minced
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garam masala
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tb tomato puree
150 ml water
1 onion diced
1 cup yogurt
cilantro
3-4 chicken breast, chopped
For Chicken Seasoning:
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cinnamon
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp ginger minced
sprinkle of garlic powder
1) Season chicken with seasoning ingredients and leave aside for at least 30min.
2) Add all of the powder ingredients to make curry sauce.
3) Put oil in large pan and brown onions, add garlic and ginger.  Cook 2-3 min.
4) Add tomatoes and puree.  Cook 3-4 min min and add the chicken.
5) Add water and let it simmer for 10 min.
6) Add yogurt and let it simmer for 5 min.  Garnish with chopped cilantro.
