Meaty meat...

Ever since the doc told me I had to gain a few pounds (for kiddie widdies, yes, bandie wandie and I are trying to get pregnant.) I realized that my diet has changed over time.  I used to love meat.  I was the eggs and sausages breakfast type of person, now I want oatmeal or toast in the morning.  And I rather eat tofu than a big slice of steak.  Time to eat more well-balanced meals.
Last night I made lamb burgers.  It was good and different from the usual burgers!

Lamb Burger with Yogurt Sauce (with fries and pita bread)

For meat:
400 g minced lamb
1 garlic clove minced
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp rosemary
salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 tsp paprika
1 egg
1 cup panko
1) Put all ingredients together and set aside.
2) Shape meat into 3 or 4 patties.  Fry in skillet on high heat for 3 min each side and lower heat and cook for 10 min.
Sauce:
1 tomato
1 cup yogurt
cilantro
1/4 onion chopped
1 tsp lime
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
1) Put together all ingredients and blend in blender.
