Cookies 'n Cream Cheesecake

I made this cheesecake last night for the 2nd time.  (First time I made it on Rinko chan's b-day and gave some to her).  Since we had some left, I thought I would post it.  Oh BTW, I've been making lots and lots of cream cheese desserties....my Bandie Wandie is a true cream cheese lover.

Here's the recipe:
20 oreos, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

3 packages of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
10 oreos, chopped

Preheat oven to 170c degrees.  Grease 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, crush oreos and mix butter. Press onto bottom of pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.  Blend in milk and mix eggs one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, vanilla, flour until smooth.  Don't over mix, but do get rid of the bumps.  Pour 1/2 filling into crust and put oreos on top.  Put rest of filling on top of oreos.
Bake in oven for 1 hour.  Turn oven off, and let the cake cool in oven with the door closed for about 2 hours.  (This prevents it from cracking!)  Chill in fridge for several hours.

The waiting while the cake chills is the hardest part!  But it'll taste better, so be patient!
