Daring Baker's May Challenge...
So I finally got back from Hawaii and LA yesterday. It's been 2 weeks since I last posted (and cooked). I forgot to post the daring baker's May challenge before I left (or maybe I was avoiding it since my Opera cake didn't turn out so good). I'm a bit embarrassed to even post up the pic since it was my pre photoshop, lighting, positioning photo technique. Well here's a small pic.

I'm glad you posted, even late. Part of the experience is just that... the experience of completing the challenge and sharing it with others.
Coconut and green tea is an excellent combination, and I love the heart-shaped decoration. Great job!
