For me baking (bread, cakes etc) is harder than cooking (meals). I think it's because I'm not too good with adjusting temperatures (oven), waiting around (dough rising), mixing ingredients together (I usually mix too much or too less), chosing the right ingredients (bread flour vs pastry flour for example). The list goes on and on. I've tried making bread, cakes, muffins, cookies numerous times, but I've never baked something that I could say that I really loved 100 percent. When I saw this recipe on Laura Rebecca's Blog I couldn't resist trying it. It turned out ok, not perfect, but better than usual. I give it a B+.
