As a part of the "Welcome Home Bandie Wandie Dinner," I made Chinese Noodles. It's kinda like pad thai, lo mein, and shanghai noodles.
Chinese Egg Noodles with Shrimp and Pork Chanzie Style
The Recipe:
250 g egg noodle
300 g of shrimp
200 g of pork sliced
1 cup of leeks
2 cups soybean sprout
handful of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 eggs
Marinade for pork and shrimp:
2 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon rice wine
1 clove of garlic minced
1) Marinate pork and shrimp and leave aside. Cook noodles and set aside.
2) Cook pork and shrimp in an oiled skillet until well done. Set aside.
3) Cook garlic, hoisin, chili sauces in an oiled skillet, quickly add pork and shrimp, and veggies (except cilantro) and mix well. Cook for about 3 min.
4) Add the 2 eggs and cook for 2 min.
5) Add the noodles and cook until everything is mixed together.
6) Add the cilantro.
