Little bon bons...

I always wanted to make Brazilian Docinhos (Brazilian Candy) since they are made from condensed milk.  I love condensed milk and they are so cutie looking.  Oh and I also made Oreo truffles since I thought Bandie Wandie wouldn't fall in love with the Brazilian sweets.

Beijinhos de Coco
1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1) Bring milk and butter to a simmer in a saucepan over low heat.
2) Cook until boiling.  Not too thick or soft.
3) Throw in 4 tablespoons of coconut and mix.  Let it cool.
4) When easy to handle, roll into balls and dip in coconut.

Brigadeiros
1 can condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons of cocoa
1) Bring milk and butter to a simmer in a saucepan over low heat.
2) Cook until boiling.  Not too thick or soft.
3) Throw in 4 tablespoons of cocoa and mix.  Let it cool.
4) When easy to handle, roll into balls and dip in cocoa.

Oreo Truffles
1 package oreos
150 g of cream cheese, softened
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
1) Put oreos in food processor and crush.  Put in 2 bowls: one for the filling and another for topping (1/3 cup)
2) Mix filling oreos and cream cheese together.  Blend well.
3) Shape filling mixture into little balls.
4) Heat chocolate and melt.  Dip oreos into the chocolate and top with crushed oreos.
