Chanzie's Future Cafe...

I made garlic chicken last night.  It was the best dish I've made I think.  Bandie Wandie loved it too!  He even said I can serve it at a restaurant.  I said $18 and he said $35.  Maybe we can really think of Chanzie's Future Cafe...

Garlic Chicken

The Recipe:
700 g chicken (legs, drumsticks, you can use all parts, but dark meat works better)
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
15 garlic cloves (you can use more)
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon thyme
1 tablespoon rosemary
salt and pepper
1) Season chicken with salt and pepper.  Put oil and butter in skillet and add the chicken.  Cook the chicken until brown.
2) Reduce heat and bur the garlic under the chicken.  Cook about 10 min until the garlic turns brown.
3) Add wine, lemon juice, herbs and chicken stock.  Cover and cook for about 10 min.
4) Serve chicken with garlic and a bit of pan juice.
