When I used to live in Paris (the 2nd stay 2000-2001), Sarah, Amy and I used to go to Pizza Hut. We would suddenly get an urge to eat some American junk foodie kind of thing. Although the pizza's were a bit francais, it would seriously hit the spot. For dessert we would have a very Frenchie cake. They were the best fondant au chocolat I've ever had. I wanted Bandie to taste my favorite so I tried making them. They were pretty good.

The Recipe:
Fondant au Chocolat
110 g dark chocolate
115 g butter
2 large eggs
60 g flour
80 g sugar
Grated extra chocolate (or cut in small pieces)
1) Preheat oven 200C.
2) Melt the chocolate and butter using a double boiler.
3) Greased 6 individual molds (silicone or large muffin pan).
4) Use an electric mixer to mix together the eggs with the sugar, until your preparation has a nice light white colour.
5) Add the flour and mix well and add the melted chocolate and mix.
6) Pour in the molds and add the extra pieces of crushed chocolate in the preparation.
7) Place in the oven for about 12-13 min and take out.
