Peanut Butter Barish Blondies

Before pouring the ganache...
The Recipe: (20cm by 20cm square pan)
For bar:
130 g butter softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 large egg
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
For ganache topping:
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 tablespoon butter melted
1) Preheat oven to 170c and grease pan.
2) In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add peanut butter and beat until well mixed, add egg and edd yolk and continue beating, add the flour and mix until combined.
3) Mix in chocolate chips and spread batter into baking pan. (batter will be very thick)
4) Bake until golden on top. About 40 min. Cool on rack for about 1 hour.
5) Put chocoate chips in heatproof bowl.
6) Boil cream and pour over chocolate chips. Mix until melted and add butter. Mix well until everything is combine.
7) Spread ganache over cooled bar and let it stand of 15 min.
