in other words, we had chick food for lunch.
The recipe:
Marinade for the beef:
500 g of thinly sliced beef
2 cups of olive oil
2 limes juiced
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
salt and pepper
1 cup of cilantro
1) Mix all ingredients and marinate the beef for at least 2 hours.
2) Remove the beef from marinade and fry on skillet until cooked and a bit brown.
Pico de Gallo:
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup cilantro
1 lime juiced
1) Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
Avocado cream sauce:
1 Avocado
1 container sour cream
2 tablespoons of heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pinches of salt
1) put all ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth.

man food: 2 - 8 pounds of sustenance, heavy on meat and starchs. fried or grilled. little veggies. makes you so full you fall asleep.
