Arabian Night...

Last spring Tweety Bandie and I went to Morocco.  We hated Moroccan food...I even got sick....But we went to a Lebanese restaurant and fell in love with the food.  I especially loved the Lebanese Flan/Pudding.  It tasted like the bathroom.  Not in a bad way.  I mean it tasted like Potpourri or flower water.  I still haven't found rose water so can't make the pudding, but I made....
Shawarma Chicken, Hummus and Fries

It's kind of annoying to make the chicken since you have to marinate it the night before....
The hummus and tahini paste are easy to make though....
My Tweety Bandie didn't like my hummus.  He said "hmmm this tastes like nuts or something."
Duhhhhhh Tweety Bandie please don't act like you've never had hummus before. hummus is made out of garbazo beans and sesame seeds....

Here's the recipe:

1 1/2 cup olive oil

Marinade:
500 g skinless chicken breast or dark meat
